  • Do I still need a guarantor to qualify?

No. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be US citizen and meet Chapter Eugene’s standard income and credit requirements. If you do not have a US Guarantor, that is OK, you can qualify in two other ways. You can enroll in our Leap program which is around 5 mins. If you are approved, there is a small monthly fee that will be added to your rent. If you do not want to use Leap, you can prepay your last two monthly installments upfront using what is called our PPA option.
